Terms of service

If the event is cancelled or dramatically changed

  • We will refund the full cost of your tickets back into the account it/they was/were purchased from.

If you can no longer attend the event

  • Please let us know as soon as possible.

  • If you cancel at least 48 hours before the event we will refund your ticket price less a processing fee of AU$5.00

  • If it is less than 48 hours before the event we will do our best to re-sell your ticket if the event has sold out. If your ticket is re-sold you will receive a full refund less processing fee of AU$5.00

  • If you are cancelling within 48 hours of an event that still has capacity we may not be able to refund your ticket.

  • Getting Sh!t Done is a not-for-profit event - the speakers provide their time and services free of charge. Once we have covered all venue and event costs any proceeds are donated to a local (named) charity and we will email all attendees and the charity to confirm the donation.
